iWeb Buddy not processing website... bad link?

I'm in the process of moving our website to a new location:
www.zombiepodcast.com

I set everything up in iWeb perfectly and uploaded and could see it all as it should be. I went back to iWeb buddy and went to update it and it didn't see the site. I tried deleting the iWebbuddy folder in application data, didn't go. It looks like it doesn't see the correct website for whatever reason. The iweb buddy shows the godaddy "ooops" in the background, like the website address isn't correct. Any ideas on how I fix this?
Thanks!

When you moved your website to a new server, are you uploading it manually to that website? If so, are you stripping the top level directory (usually named the same as your site) before uploading it?

No, I'm uploading it automatically through iWeb and no third party apps. There are other options inside of iWeb, like sub directories, but I didn't think I needed to adjust that.

Can you please send me the console log so I can see where it is failing?

    To accomplish this:

    1. Run /Applications/Utilities/Console.app
    2. Enter 'iweb' in the filter in the upper right corner
    3. Run iWeb Buddy
    4. Copy any text from Console (⌘A then ⌘C)
    5. Paste it into a reply in this thread (⌘V)

That will let me look into the issue further.

    Thank you.

Any ideas? I'm trying to get this fixed before the weekend for the server switch over. Thanks--- I could even give you the FTP access to the server privately if that helps.

What happens when you try to process your site on the server? The processing of pages is separate from the generation of those thumbnails.

Attempting a process and watching the console may help reveal exactly what the issue is with your ftp server.

It gets about 3/4 the way through and doesn't get any further. It stays blue forever. I hit the process button while console was going and didn't get any new information

Can you grab the final release version of iWeb Buddy from our website at http://iwebbuddy.s3.amazonaws.com/iwb_1.5.zip and give it a go? It should resolve this issue but if it doesn't then we should see more in the console to help resolve the issue.

Still the same result. Going to run it again with console open.

What kind of page is WereAliveRiley?

What hosting provider are you using?

    It's this page: http://zombiepodcast.com/The_Zombie_Podcast/WereAliveRiley.html
It's very simple and there are several that are just like it that it breezes through. When I attempted it again, it stopped on another page:
    http://zombiepodcast.com/The_Zombie_Podcast/WereAliveReviews/WereAl...

These worked before just fine on the last server here:
    http://www.wayland.ws/Wayland_Productions/WereAliveReviews/WereAliv...

The hosting provider I'm using is godaddy.com

Thank you for the updated information. We are seeing a few reports with issues updating sites on GoDaddy. We are looking into them and hope to have a resolution asap.

Uh oh... is there anything I can do to help? We're running out of bandwidth on Me.com on the max bandwidth setting and we can't increase past the 600gb a month limit. That's why I'm transferring to godaddy, and was hoping to on Friday. Any way I can help, just let me know, testing, etc..

Unfortunately the issue appears to be in the server transfer protocols so it is unlikely it will be completed before Friday.

One suggestion I would make would be to try and publish the site locally and process it there. If that is successful you can use an application like Transmit to upload the site to GoDaddy. It is more complicated I realize but it will solve your immediate issue.

Publishing to local disk works fine! It's not as simple as the other way, but at least this way I can get what I need one. Is there a way I could get a notification on an update?

Yes, this help ticket is associated with the developer bug. Once that bug is closed this ticket will get updated so you will get notified automatically.

I'm following up on the open discussions and I believe that your issue of updates stalling has been resolved with the 1.5.2 release so I'm going to close this discussion but if you are still having problems please feel free to re-open it.

You can read about the changes in 1.5.2 and download it from:
