I can't get started

I am using Buddy for iWeb. I purchased it for 24.99 in the App Store. I haven't been able to launch it. When I did the "link existing iWeb file" function it opened but all of my website pages are blank in the Buddy for iWeb.

   Hello Jan,

   I am sorry that you are having problems and we'll get them resolved as quickly as we can.

   When you launch Buddy for iWeb do you see the site and the site's pages in the left0hand sidebar? Is it just the page previews on the right that are blank?

   If this is the case then the usual cause is that your site name in iWeb has a space in it and this causes problems with creating the page thumbnail images. We are looking into a fix but in the meantime you could either rename your site in iWeb or ignore it. Buddy for iWeb should still work properly even if the page previews do not appear correctly.

   If this is not the problem you are seeing then, if possible, can you add a screenshot to your reply so that we can get a better idea of what the issue is.

   Hi Simon,
   I just purchased Buddy for iWeb and it doesn't seem to be working at all. Similar to Jan above, I bought it in the App Store and when I open the program I cannot do anything. The little information window is there and once or twice I have managed to get passed that, but then as soon as I click on anything the program gets stuck with the colorful dial just turning round and round endlessly. I can see my websites pages (black squares with names) on Buddy for iWeb but cannot do anything with it. Can you please help me? I really need something like Buddy for iWeb so that I can add analytics to my website.
